We chose 8CON for our 4-townhouse project, as recommended by friends. It was a difficult site on a main road with a slope. 8CON has a very experienced and efficient team because they're all specialists in their own areas. As a client, I nearly don't need to worry about anything but making payment :) I'm satisfied with nearly every corner, but the most impressive part is the façade finish, if I have to name one. Actually, I've already recommended 8CON to some of my friends. They're a reliable company with trustworthy staff. I would definitely work with 8CON again for my next project.

We contracted 8CON to build 3 double-storey 4-bedroom townhouses in Clayton. The part of the house that I like the most is the kitchen. We selected a porcelain slab benchtop and splashback that has come up well. 8CON responded reasonably to any issues that arose throughout the construction process and also very accommodating when it came to changing specification details. Our preferences on external and internal items changed once construction was underway, but 8CON changed the specification details without complaint and applied credits/additions to the overall price in a transparent manner. It should also be noted that 8CON delivered these townhouses during multiple Covid lockdowns and met their overall program without delay. I would build with 8CON again. I have developed trust that 8CON will deliver great houses to a high standard of quality.
