The house was meticulously revamped, with the internal layouts re-arranged to suit the client's family needs. The entire interior of the house was stripped out to frames to allow for works to be carried out to meet the design intent including straightening of all walls and ceilings that had all moved over time. This included the removal and replacement of the whole roof/gutters/sumps, all internal plaster, all internal plumbing as well as amendments to underground piping, all new electrical wiring to suit the new lightings and switch controls, as well as all floorings.

The internal stair walls were framed out to allow stringers to be tucked in creating a smooth finish along the newly cladded threads that matches with the internal flooring. The kitchen space was well thought for to offer both functionality and comfort of the family needs. The master ensuite was installed with natural stone skirting tiles to match with the new bathtub that is a masterpiece of the house. The exterior landscape has been updated to include a new verandah, waterproofing and tiling of the exterior landscape, and re-tiling of the swimming pool. The new external family space was created with the added external fireplace and BBQ area.
